About the Recipe
One of my favourite things to meal prep are nourish bowls. You can use up whatever produce you have in the fridge, get your protein, and mix up different ingredients each week to offer variety. My favourite ingredients to add to my nourish bowls are quinoa, chicken, arugula, cilantro, red onion, yams, and broccoli.
In the fall & winter time serving this warm will be easier for your digestion and for quick absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients
1/2 C nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 C water
1/3 tamari, coconut aminos
1/3 C apple cider vinegar or lemon
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 C olive oil
2 tbsp of tahini paste
Preparation
blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender!
