1:1 nutritional counselling

This option provides one-on-one support for nutritional concerns, including dietary challenges, consistency, and using food as a tool for healing. I believe everyone’s nutritional needs are unique and evolve constantly throughout their lives.

Education

Together in partnership, The Nom Nutrition and I offer educational workshops called Snack Breaks. These workshops include Nutrition in the Workplace and Immune Support + Winter Colds. By educating communities about nutrition, we believe we can encourage positive changes to our collective health and healthcare system.
